        -Managed an outsource team of 5 Env. Artists overseas, gave daily feedback, took              part in weekly meetings with overseas teams via video calls; compiled external

          deliverables, and ensured they met specific criteria based on project needs. Added

          and set up meshes, materials, and textures in-engine.

    Development Tester

          -QA Responsibilities: Bug writing/Reproducing/Performance/Feature Testing

          -Assisting production with odd jobs/feedback videos/dev requests

 

Telltale Games  – May 2016 – Nov 2017

    Character CG Generalist;

           -Assisting the Character Art team in the setup and creation of low poly meshes,

             and material shaders for character assets, as well as building packages from

             outsourcing teams. Also played a part in the texture creation

             process, and bug fixing.

    Product Support/Quality Assurance Testing;

             -Leading Moderator in the Telltale Support Forums; Direct Customer

               Communication; Assisted PR when communication with customers needed

               to happen, created public-facing ‘Support’ articles.

              -Knowledge of hardware and software needs for entire catalog of games and

                platforms.

              -Assisted customers directly via Zendesk systems, tracked issues as they arose.
